Simple blueberry & cinnamon protein pancakes

The perfect post-workout meal, top these protein pancakes with your toppings of choice for an impressive breakfast treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

  • 30g vanilla protein powder

  • 1 banana

  • 1 egg

  • 25g oats

Toppings: blueberries, greek yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Blitz everything together in a blender and pan fry on a medium heat in coconut for around 2 minutes on each side or until you see bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancake.

  2. Top with toppings of choice!
