My Mission

Everyday we make decisions that either positively or negatively impact our bodies. My mission is to help you make more positive ones; showing you that healthy food never has to be bland or difficult to make.

I am passionate about food, fitness and doing things which genuinely make you feel great. I believe that the small changes we make that may seem insignificant on a day to day basis, over time can lead to huge positive change.

In my quest to deepen my knowledge about ‘feel good food’ and to supplement my training, I dove into the world of nutrition for athletes. What I found is that recipe books targeted at people that like to train, whilst incredibly informative, aren’t targeted at foodies who LOVE food - like myself.

And when we try and get into healthy habits, it’s so easy to overcomplicate things and get stuck down the rabbit hole of ‘good gut food, plant-based food, keto, paleo and intermittent fasting’ - there is so much information out there which can be intimidating and confusing.

I don’t believe it has to be.

A healthier lifestyle can be as simple as swapping meat for vegetables one day a week, meal prepping so you’re never at a loss for what to eat and getting moving everyday.
